You can call us or send us a mail stating your manpower requirements.
You can visit us or we can visit you for a meeting to discuss your manpower requirements.
We can recommend to you the nationalities of workers needed for your specific requirements and discuss about their skill sets and expected salaries and benefits.
Once the recruitment terms have been agreed upon we shall commence the execution of the due process of completing the government formalities of each country we will be recruiting the workers from.
Based on your job requirements we shall advertise/headhunt, prescreen, shortlist, verify and conduct final interviews with the potential candidates to fill the required positions. For bulk recruitment we shall invite your company’s representative to travel with us to personally interview/trade test the candidates in their home country.
Must then be processed by your company in order that the workers can be mobilized to arrive in UAE from their respective countries. Alternatively, we can also agree for outsourcing arrangements wherein we will issue the workers’ employment visas and complete all other legal formalities as per UAE Labour Law, and based on pre-agreed terms we shall charge you a hourly, daily or monthly rate for the employees. This arrangement can only be carried for projects of minimum one year duration or above.
